Woman’s entrepreneurship – female participation in loss-making SMEs

The paper explores the ownership structure of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which fell into a debt crisis due to business failures, in order indicate differences between male female entrepreneurs. We conducted empirical research on sample 186 loss-making Republic Serbia. results obtained by descriptive statistical analysis observed sampleshow that participation companies among is considerably low. ratio owned women those men was 18.8%: 81.2%. Furthermore, we have recorded significant difference amounts debt, indicating significantly lower rates when compared men. findings this can be applied as strategic framework for policymakers encourage entrepreneurship.
